- Oversight of property management and leasing functions, usually performed by SkyWalker’s affiliate, SCM Real Estate Services.
- Formulation and implementation of goals and overall investment objectives
- Recommend and implement capital improvement programs
- Construction management oversight
- Manage the preparation and approval process of operating and capital budgets
- Monthly, quarterly and annual reporting to owners/investors
- Monthly analysis and review of operating statements
- Maintain appropriate communication with and reporting to lenders
- Review and provide consulting on financing situations
- Overall fiduciary oversight of investment performance
